Refund Policy

Eligibility

We offer a pro-rata refund within 7 days of the first paid subscription month if the service is unusable due to a defect on our side.

Process

Email the operator with your subscription invoice ID. Approved refunds are paid back in ETH to the originating wallet within 5 business days.

Out of scope

• Network fees (gas) paid on the originating transaction.
• Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days (cancel anytime; no further charges).
• Accounts terminated for terms violations.
